Welcome to Mornden Version 1.3!

This new version of Mornden tries to get to the non-planner at heart. The people that are more often swept by inspiration when traveling rather than a methodical list of places that they must go to (not to say there's anything wrong with either, of course!)

The Travel Inspo Boards

With Travel Inspo Boards, you get to collect all the different things you see all over the internet into one place that can eventually become your on-the-day itinerary or your this-place-is-closed-where-do-we-go-now itinerary. We know that a lot of times, we don't really have the best answer to where you should go! But, people on places like Instagram, Tiktok, or wherever else you spend hours upon hours everyday, will probably know some really cool and amazing places. And these are from people that you follow, trust, or even laugh at!

The idea is, you'll probably want to visit that cafe in Seong-su, or that restaurant in Ginza, or maybe that bespoke store in New York. And so you don't forget, you can share that link to a travel board that you have and keep that there until you plan to travel to those places. You might be waiting for a sale, or maybe there's a friend that's just not sure yet if s/he wants to go. But it doesn't matter! Keep that link your travel board and you can revisit it later on.

After a certain point, you'll have collected a few dozen links or so. You'll be able to conveniently tap the "Build Itinerary" button to assemble your perfect itinerary from all the places you were inspired to travel to. It becomes so much easier to plan your itinerary with this feature, making it super easy to just pick and choose from that smaller list. As compared to checking every single itinerary in the entire universe for where to eat in Bali at 12 midnight!

Linked Itineraries

With the creation of travel inspo boards, it became almost necessary to include ways to make sure you still have access to all those links you've collected over the past several months while you're on the trip. Imagine having to go back and forth on your travel inspo board, the website, and your upcoming itinerary! Such a nightmare (exaggerating a little bit, but us trip planners know we don't want to be scrambling while in the middle of busy street)!

So now, every single activity can have a link attached to it so when you're walking around and need either directions, recommendations, or just to recap what your favorite influencer or artist had at this specific cafe for your pilgrimage, you can just open the app, tap the itinerary item and then open the link to get to what's there.

These were the major features to version 1.3 but we have quite a lot of aesthetic and quality of life related changes in the app that should make building your beautiful itinerary easier than ever before.
